Student Engineering Intern

The candidate will show versatility to work on a wide variety of potential projects and tasks ranging from helping to investigate certain aspects of California emissions warranty program and creating a MS Power App to automate the emissions warranty database to participating in emissions testing, field work, and database entry.

The ideal candidate must have good analytical and communications skills and show a willingness to learn and work on a variety of tasks in the branch. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications including Power Apps, databases, having an interest or background in automobiles, and automotive repair, and knowledge of emissions, and air pollution laws, rules, and regulations is highly desirable. 

The candidate should have a background in engineering, physical science, data or computer science, statistics, or mathematics.  

Who can apply: Current students attending an accredited college or university in Southern California for the Spring quarter/semester. This is an in-person, unpaid internship and students would need to earn course credit to be eligible for placement.
